TRAINING PROGRAMS

I offer fully comprehensive training programs that vary based on need, help keep you accountable, and prevent you from having to come up with a large amount of cash all at once.

IN EACH PROGRAM

-For the first couple weeks, we’ll work in 50 minute sessions to learn your routine, flexibility, and nutrition.
-Most training sessions are 30 minutes in length
-Receive 30 minute assessment every month to track progress/make updates to nutrition/workouts.
-You’ll receive 2-15 minute followup/check-in sessions via Zoom or FaceTime per month
-”Unlimited” text and phone support for the first 30 days

12 WEEKS

NOTE: Each program has a setup fee of $200, which pays for the extra time we’ll spend together in the first two weeks and me preparing your customized programs.

24 WEEKS

-Save money per session for the longer commitment.
-A full 24 weeks really gives your body and mind time to make some serious changes. In many cases, people are able to reach their goal in this time.

PAID IN ADVANCE

Introductory package: $290 for 3 sessions. These three sessions will consist of an assessment, nutritional counseling session, and 50 minute workout session, which will include taking the extra time to teach you the movements. NOTE: photos of the movements will be taken and provided for you.
